At the moment, you need 2 op and 5 community member Y votes
When someone votes No, you need additional Yes to make it count.
If you application is IGNORED, votes will not be counted!
One player can make 2 applications max. More can be made, with permission of Administrator

[UPDATE]
For using OP Application, you need atleast rank Pig(20 posts) in forums.
For voting, you need atleast rank Chicken(3 posts) in forums.
Votes can be only Yes or No.
"Neutral" votes goes for latest valid vote or will not be counted.
