Sorry guys, but I don't think you can change your password with that plugin...
Pretty much, you're screwed. I can only think of two options.
1. Try and find your password. (maybe the same you use to log onto forums?)
2. Create a new a Minecraft account and get an OP to transfer your stuff.
You can do #2 for free using mineshafter.
